Why am I unable to buy?
I’m getting an error message
If you’re getting an error message on a checkout page, do this:
- Clear your browser cache and delete all browsing history. If you need help with that, Google for: “how to delete cache on [your browser name and device go here]”. For example: “how to delete cache on chrome iphone“
- After you’ve done that, if you’re still getting an error message, shut down your device and start it again. Do it only after you’ve completed the step above.

I can’t see my product on my Account page
If you’ve filled in the checkout form but the product isn’t showing on your Account page, the purchase hasn’t gone through.
Please, contact your payment provider (PayPal or credit card company) to solve the issue.
