1. Refund policy
All digital products sold directly by LEARNENGLISHWITHMARIA.COM come with a guarantee. To get a refund for a product you’ve purchased directly through LEARNENGLISHWITHMARIA.COM, please contact us through the Help link on the top menu. You must include the invoice number, product name, and total amount, in your message. Those details appear on the invoice you received at the time of purchase.

2. Replacement policy
LEARNENGLISHWITHMARIA.COM recommends that you keep a copy of any digital products (ebooks) purchased and downloaded directly from LEARNENGLISHWITHMARIA.COM in a safe place. If you need a replacement copy, log into your account and download your files again.
